Moscow City Attorney Mia Bautista has been honored with the Idaho Municipal Attorneys’ Pillar of the Community Award during the group’s annual summer conference in Boise. This award acknowledges Bautista for her longstanding service to the city. She is recognized as the first woman to hold the position of City Attorney for Moscow.
