A 34-year-old man has entered a guilty plea for the crime of 2nd degree rape in Pullman.

Davis Eneas pleaded guilty in Whitman County Superior Court on Friday morning. The case originated in April 2023 when Pullman Police responded to a domestic violence call. Following an extensive investigation, detectives concluded that Eneas had committed the crime against an underage girl. He was charged in August of the same year. Eneas had been residing in Lapwai and is scheduled for sentencing next month.
