Four individuals have submitted their applications for the vacant seat on the Pullman Regional Hospital Board of Commissioners.

The position became available following the resignation of longtime commissioner and PRH Board President Jeff Elbracht last month. The candidates include retired Washington State University software engineer Brandon Burch, multimedia coordinator for the WSU Provost Scott Vik, SEL physical therapist Dr. Michael Cady, and Leo Ressa, the former owner of Leo’s Shoe Service and a former manufacturing supervisor at SEL.

The board plans to interview the candidates during their meeting on Wednesday night before making an appointment. The selected individual will be eligible for election this fall.
