A 43-year-old man has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to charges related to a disturbance in Moscow. Kenneth Indish entered a guilty plea last week to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Latah County Second District Court. He received a sentence of two to nine years in prison from Judge Jay Gaskill.
Indish was apprehended by Moscow Police outside a residence on Lincoln Street on the night of March 26th, where he allegedly threatened several individuals and discharged a shotgun outside the property.
Indish had recently relocated to Moscow from Michigan with his girlfriend, who informed officers that he had previously stabbed her last fall in Michigan, although she did not report that incident to law enforcement at the time.
