The Annual Return to Riverside country music festival is scheduled to take place in Potlatch on Saturday.

Dale Watson, recognized as a key figure in Ameripolitan country music, will be the headline performer. Watson has made appearances at notable venues such as the Grande Ole Opry, Austin City Limits, and the Late Show with David Letterman. He previously headlined the festival in 2022, receiving positive feedback.

The festival lineup includes performances by Cash’d Out, Ellis Bullard, Blue Highway, and Blayne Mosman with the Ridge Riders.

This music festival pays homage to the historic Riverside dance hall near Potlatch, which hosted several legendary country music artists. Notably, Johnny Cash performed at the Riverside in 1958 and remarked on Potlatch as a challenging venue to play.

The festival will be held in Lions Club Park in Potlatch, with gates opening at 11:00 AM. Tickets for the all-day event are priced at $35, available for purchase at the gate or online through Eventbrite.
