The University of Idaho is anticipating an increase in enrollment this fall, as stated by President Scott Green during his annual State of the University Address on Tuesday. Last fall, the university had nearly 12,300 students enrolled across its system. This growth contrasts with a national trend of declining enrollment in higher education. Since the pandemic, the University of Idaho has experienced a 13% increase in its student population. An official census of fall enrollment will be conducted in mid-October.
