Last fall, the university had nearly 12,300 students enrolled across its system. This growth contrasts with a national trend of declining enrollment in higher education. Since the pandemic, the University of Idaho has experienced a 13% increase in its student population. An official census of fall enrollment will be conducted in mid-October.
