Public transit in Moscow is set to resume operations on Tuesday following a temporary shutdown related to insurance coverage.

SMART Transit officials reported that the insurance issue has been resolved and regular bus service will return on Tuesday morning. The agency had previously announced a temporary shutdown beginning on Friday, citing an unexpected loss of insurance coverage as the reason for the service disruption. SMART Transit has indicated that they are implementing measures to prevent similar issues in the future.
