David Whitehead, the President of Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), has been recognized with the Engineering Manager of the Year award by the American Society for Engineering Management. This accolade was given in acknowledgment of his leadership and contributions to engineering management. The award was presented at the group’s annual conference in Boise, where Whitehead also served as the keynote speaker.

SEL is a global organization headquartered in Pullman, specializing in the design and manufacturing of digital relays and control systems for the power industry on an international scale.
