Friends of Hospice will host a community screening of Disney-Pixar’s “Coco” on Saturday, November 1, at 10:00 am at The Cordova Theater in Pullman.
The film highlights themes of remembering loved ones, in connection with the tradition of Día de los Muertos. Attendees are invited to bring a photo of a cherished individual to contribute to a community ofrenda, a remembrance table set up in the theater lobby. Before the screening, a speaker will discuss the significance of the ofrenda tradition and its importance in preserving memories.
Refreshments will be available after the movie. Adult supervision is required for children.
