Whitcom 911 is hosting a virtual recruiting event on Saturday, November 15, at 10:00 am for individuals interested in learning more about careers in dispatch services. This organization provides essential dispatch services for police, fire, and EMS in Whitman and Asotin Counties, as well as the city of Moscow.

Participants will have the chance to hear firsthand from front-line dispatchers about their roles and responsibilities and can engage in a question-and-answer session regarding the nature of the work.

Whitcom 911 offers paid training for applicants, and no advanced degree is required to apply. Interested individuals can join the Zoom meeting at the provided link without needing to RSVP.

For those unable to attend the November event, there will be another virtual recruiting session on December 8 at 2:00 pm.
