A public EV charging station has been installed in LaCrosse. The 15 kilowatt, level 2 charger was installed by Avista Utilities, with sponsorship from the LaCrosse Community Pride group. The station features two chargers and is located at 104 North Main Street in LaCrosse, adjacent to the historic rock houses that operate as an Airbnb. LaCrosse is situated west of Colfax and just north of State Route 26.
