The University of Idaho reported that it raised over $1.28 million during its annual Vandal Giving Day, which took place over 1,889 minutes from April 1-2. This amount exceeded last year’s total by approximately $153,000, representing a 13.5% increase.

This fundraising effort contributed to the university’s “Brave. Bold. Unstoppable.” campaign, which has surpassed its $500 million goal, marking a significant achievement in fundraising efforts in Idaho.

The “Brave. Bold. Unstoppable.” campaign, initiated in 2015, will continue until December 31, aiming to enhance resources for scholarships, research, and university programs throughout the state.

This year’s Vandal Giving Day saw participation from 2,411 individual donors, an increase from 2,324 in 2024. Contributions primarily came from donors in Idaho and Washington, but the university also received support from various locations in the United States and internationally, including France, Australia, Wales, and Chile.
