University of Idaho Art + Design Graduate Students are preparing for the second annual Starving Artist Sale on Saturday, April 12, at the Pitman Center in Moscow, running from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The market will showcase creations from 65 student, alumni, and community artists.

Attendance is free, and parking is available at no cost in the Pitman lot, Vandal Bookstore lot, and on the street.

The sale was initiated by Jill Kyoung, a University of Idaho MFA candidate and founder/president of the Art + Design Graduate Student Group. The event aims to provide art students with practical experience in marketing and selling their artwork.

Awards will be presented for the best student art and best displays, and three artists will have the opportunity to sell their work at the Moscow Contemporary.
