The Refuge Cigar Lounge will have its grand opening on Thursday, located at 223 West 3rd Street, just west of downtown Moscow. The event is scheduled from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. The lounge’s operating hours are Monday through Thursday from 4:00 to 9:00 PM, Friday from 4:00 to 10:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
