Latah County Magistrate Judge Megan Marshall has been appointed to the Latah County Second District Court in Moscow by Governor Brad Little. The appointment was announced by the Governor’s office. Judge Marshall has served as a Magistrate Judge in Moscow since 2018 and fills the position previously held by Judge John Judge, who retired in January. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of Idaho.
