Washington State University has appointed Dr. Raj Khosla as the new Dean of the College of Agricultural, Human and Natural Resource Sciences. Khosla, a recognized precision agriculture researcher, joins WSU from Kansas State University, where he served as the head of the department of agronomy. He will officially assume his role on September 1st. In the interim, Senior Associate Dean Scot Hulbert is acting as dean. The appointment follows a national search initiated after Wendy Powers announced her resignation from the position at the conclusion of the previous academic year, after serving as dean for three years.
