The Annual Officer Lee Newbill Kids Safety Fair is scheduled for Saturday in Moscow.

The event will feature free bike helmets, hot dogs, displays of emergency vehicles, and a bike rodeo. It will take place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Eastside Marketplace. This fair is named in recognition of Moscow Police Officer Lee Newbill, who lost his life while on duty in 2007.
