All government offices will be closed on Thursday in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday. Mail delivery will be suspended, and banks will not be open for business. Pullman Transit will operate on a reduced bus route service. In Moscow and Latah County, trash collection will not occur on Thursday, whereas in Pullman, trash services will proceed as scheduled.
