The Moscow Police Department responded to a car accident involving a vehicle and a building on Washington Street, between 5th and 4th streets, at approximately 5:00 am on June 20.

The incident resulted in notable structural damage to the building and the sidewalk, leading to the closure of the left and center lanes on Washington Street until further notice.

The vehicle involved was identified as a navy blue Ford F-150, which reportedly struck the north corner of Hodge & Associates Engineers.

Emergency services transported the driver from the scene, but no details regarding their condition have been made public.

Motorists are advised to expect slow-moving traffic in the vicinity and to consider alternative routes during the lane closures.
