The Idaho Transportation Department is set to repair five bridges along US 95, spanning from New Meadows to Pollock, starting on Wednesday, June 25.

The bridges involved in this project are the Goose Creek West Bridge, Goose Creek East Bridge, Little Salmon River Bridge, Boulder Creek Bridge, and Fall Creek Bridge.

The Idaho Transportation Department has indicated that the effects on traffic will differ depending on the specific bridge. Generally, drivers should anticipate daytime work with reduced speed limits. During the repairs, US 95 will be narrowed to one lane in work zones, with flaggers or temporary signals in place to manage traffic flow.

For those planning to travel in the area, construction zones can be viewed online to help with route planning.

The repair work is projected to take about one week for each bridge, and crews may work on multiple bridges simultaneously.
