A Pullman man discharged a firearm inside his apartment on College Hill, but no injuries were reported. The incident occurred late Tuesday afternoon on NE Terre View Drive, when the man contacted Pullman Police after firing the weapon. According to police, the individual was using inert training rounds for practice and accidentally loaded a live round into the chamber. The bullet penetrated an interior wall and struck the foundation. As a result, the man received a ticket for discharging a dangerous weapon within city limits.
