The Albion Library is collaborating with the Whitman County Parks Department to present Spooky Trail Tales at Klemgard Park until October 31. This initiative promotes early literacy, family involvement, and physical activity through an outdoor reading experience.

The trail this year features stories from the Japanese tradition of kaidan, which are ghost and horror stories that originated during the Edo period in the 1600s. Participants will begin their journey across the footbridge over Union Flat Creek and follow a loop of approximately 1 mile through the wooded hillside.
