The Washington-Idaho Symphony will host a concert titled Side-by-Side with Young Artists, marking the conclusion of their 2024-2025 performance season. The event is set for Sunday, May 4, at 3:00 pm at the University of Idaho Administration Auditorium. The concert will showcase the participants of the 2025 Young Artist Competition.

Repairs to the slide area at milepost 146.5 on US-95 are complete, and the Idaho Transportation Department is reinstating previously lifted restrictions for commercial vehicles on State Highway 55 effective May 5. Length restrictions had been suspended to facilitate the delivery of goods during the repair period.
