The City of Pullman is set to present Brett Nash as the candidate for the position of fire chief, pending approval from the city council. City spokeswoman Meghan Ferrin informed Pullman Radio News that Nash will be considered for confirmation to lead the fire department. Nash currently holds a position within the fire service.

Gritman Medical Center in Moscow has reopened its Troy clinic after renovations that started in November 2023. The Troy Family Medicine Clinic had been closed since March 2023 due to issues with the century-old building. The clinic is now available for patient appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
