
Washington State University will hold the 92nd Annual Quarter Century Club Breakfast on Thursday, September 4, in the M.G. Carey Senior Ballroom at 9:15 am. The event is designed to recognize employees who have been part of the university community for 25 years or longer, honoring a total of 69 individuals.

The State of Washington is initiating a new round of grants aimed at preserving heritage barns. The Washington Trust for Historic Preservation is currently accepting applications for these barn grants until October 19th. The Washington Legislature has allocated approximately one million dollars for this grant program, with grants available for amounts up to $75,000.
