A candidate for the Latah County Library Board was arrested early Sunday morning in Moscow for suspected drunk driving. Twenty-two-year-old Bradley Baas of Moscow was taken into custody at the McDonald’s on Pullman Road. Court documents indicate that Baas was observed by employees allegedly consuming a beer while in the driver’s seat.
