A fundraiser bowling tournament will take place at Zeppoz in Pullman on Saturday. The event, known as the Wombat Bowling Tournament and auction, aims to generate funds for the Whitman County Humane Society and the NW Cancer Foundation of Hope. Registration will begin at 10:00 AM, followed by bowling starting at 11:00 AM.

The Cordova Theatre in downtown Pullman will host special movie showings starting this weekend. A free movie is scheduled for 6:00 PM on Friday night, with the only hint about the film being that it’s a “musical for all.” The event is organized by the Pullman Foursquare Church and Promote Pullman.

The annual online auction supporting Palouse Habitat for Humanity as part of their Beans ‘n’ Jeans fundraiser begins on Saturday.
