All of the school levies considered by voters in Whitman County for this week’s special election are receiving approval. The levies in Lamont, Palouse, Garfield, and Colton School Districts are confirmed to pass based on Tuesday’s vote-by-mail election. Meanwhile, the Rosalia Parks and Recreation District levy has not met the required threshold for approval.
Government offices will be closed on Monday for Presidents’ Day. Mail services will not operate on that day. Pullman Transit will provide a reduced bus route service, while bus services will not be available in Moscow. Trash collection will occur as scheduled. The University of Idaho will not hold classes on Monday.
