A 50-year-old man from Pullman has been released from jail while investigations continue into allegations of child rape. Ali Ali was arrested by Pullman Police on multiple felony charges, including 3rd degree child rape. Court documents indicate that Child Protective Services reported the allegations to authorities.

UI spokeswoman Jodi Walker confirmed to Pullman Radio News that the decision was made due to financial considerations. The festival, which took place over multiple days in August, featured Clint Black last year.
