Colton High School baseball player Tanner Baerlocher has received recognition as a Washington State Athlete of the Week. In a recent doubleheader against St. John-Endicott, Baerlocher completed a game with 12 strikeouts and achieved a batting performance of 3 hits in 5 at-bats, including two doubles, three walks, and six runs scored.

Dean Janikowski is hosting the 3rd Annual Kicking Cancer fundraiser on Friday night in Pullman. The event will take place at Zeppoz from 5:00 to 9:00 and will feature a bowling tournament along with live and silent auctions. Proceeds from the event will support local cancer patients.
