The Bill Chipman Palouse Trail, located between Pullman and Moscow, is scheduled to undergo chip sealing this week. Maintenance work conducted by Whitman County Public Works crews is set to begin on Tuesday and is expected to take three days. During this period, the trail will remain accessible to users, who are advised to exercise caution while in the work zone.
