Bill Douglass will be performing at the Moscow Public Library on Tuesday, September 2, at 5:45 pm. Douglass, a retired middle school and science teacher from New Hampshire, is also a stand-up comedian. He is visiting Moscow as part of his goal to perform in all 50 states. The content of his comedy is intended for adults and older teenagers. The event is free to attend.
