The Whitman County Democrats are hosting a Common Grounds event at Pups & Cups Cafe on June 19 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm, where community members can meet with Pullman city council candidates.

This free event will feature candidates Randy Cross, James Pitzer, John-Mark Mahnkey, Joe Pitzer, Trevor Vance, and Bobbi Bennett-Wolcott, who are participating in the upcoming primary election in August.

Instead of giving formal speeches, candidates will engage informally with attendees over drinks ahead of the ballot distribution.
