Darby Road east of Moscow is closed today and Thursday for construction. The North Latah County Highway District has closed the road to remove an old concrete bridge and replace it with a culvert. The road is scheduled to reopen on Thursday afternoon at 5:00. Paving of Darby Road is planned for later this summer.
