Washington State University is hosting its Fall Family Weekend, featuring a variety of events for attendees. The weekend kicks off with First Down Friday in downtown Pullman from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, offering vendors, a beer garden, and a costume contest. On Friday night, Brewfest will take place from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Todd Hall, organized by the Sigma Lota hospitality business management club. The Vocal Extravaganza concert, presented by the School of Music, is scheduled for 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM in Bryan Hall.
On Saturday morning, participants can witness the 20th annual Pumpkin Drop from the top of Webster Hall, occurring between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Additionally, the weekend includes a Fall Family Weekend football game, where the Cougars will host Toledo at 12:30 PM inside Martin Stadium on Gesa Field.
It is noteworthy that Fall Family Weekend, previously referred to as Dads’ Weekend, has undergone a name change. An unofficial event titled “Dads’ Weekend on the Palouse” is also planned in Pullman for the weekend of November 15th, coinciding with a Cougar football game against Louisiana Tech.
