Another restaurant in Pullman has permanently closed its doors. The Foundry Kitchen & Cocktails, located downtown, announced its closure over the weekend via a post on its Instagram account, indicating that the owners have chosen to shift their focus and reduce business activities. The space is now available for lease to a potential new restaurant tenant. The Foundry had been in operation for a decade.
This closure adds to a trend of recent business shutdowns in Pullman. On Friday, Rite Aid disclosed that its Pullman store will close as part of the national chain’s bankruptcy process. Additionally, the Pullman Arby’s also closed for good over the weekend.
In the past year, Pullman has experienced significant business losses, including the closures of Building Supply and several movie theaters.
