High school student-athletes have the opportunity to receive free sports physicals at three Gritman Medical Center rural clinics this month. This initiative aims to assist families in preparing for the upcoming school year.
The clinics will offer walk-in physicals during the following afternoon hours:
– **Potlatch Family Medicine:** Monday, July 21, from 1 PM to 5 PM.
– **Troy Family Medicine:** Thursday, July 24, from 1 PM to 5 PM.
– **Kendrick Family Medicine:** Thursday, July 31, from 1 PM to 5 PM.
No appointment is necessary; however, parents or guardians are required to accompany athletes who are under 18 years old. Families are encouraged to complete the Idaho High School Health Exam and Consent Forms prior to their visit and bring them to the clinic.
For more information and to access the consent forms, please visit gritman.org/clinics.
