Prepare your costume and participate in the Halloween activities happening in the Palouse region.

The Pullman Parks and Recreation Center is offering a free Halloween Carnival for children ages 3-10 and their parents from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. Participants can enjoy trick-or-treating, crafts, raffles, and additional fun activities.

In Pullman, first responders will run a “Candy Command Post” located at the Pullman Industrial Park, near the Palouse Discovery Science Center, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.

Trick-or-treaters in Pullman are also welcome to visit the President’s Residence on the WSU campus between 4:30 – 6:00 pm, where they can meet WSU athletes and take photos with Butch the Cougar.

In Moscow, the Main Street Halloween Trick-or-Treat event will take place from 3:30 – 5:30 pm, with local businesses providing candy to participants.

Additionally, the First Presbyterian Church in Moscow will be open for trick-or-treaters from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.

In LaCrosse, a Halloween Carnival and Costume Raffle will be held at the LaCrosse Community Club from 5:00 – 8:30 pm, offering hot dogs, chili, treat bags, and more to attendees.
