Heald Hall at Washington State University will be demolished to enable the construction of a new facility. The WSU Regents recently approved a state-funded project of $25 million for this demolition, which is set to begin in April. Site preparations for the new Integrated Sciences Building will continue until June 2027.
Additionally, the Regents approved the design of the new Dodgen Hot Cell Facility at the Dodgen Nuclear Science Center on the Pullman campus. Another project approved during the meeting involves the installation of a small commercial-scale anaerobic digester for WSU’s Knott Dairy Farm, located southwest of Pullman.
