The Idaho Transportation Department is notifying residents of Moscow about an upcoming phase in the Highway 95 restoration project that will involve increased noise levels during overnight hours over the next few days.

The work is scheduled to take place at night to minimize disruptions during peak travel times. Additionally, the public is reminded that parking will not be allowed along the downtown sections of Washington and Jackson streets from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am during the construction period.

The total cost of the repaving project is approximately 3 million dollars, with an expected completion date in late August.
