The Hope Center in Moscow is hosting the Hopeful Harvest festival on October 31, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The festival will include raffle baskets and free face painting from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.

Attendees are encouraged to wear costumes, which will offer an additional 10% discount on purchases at the thrift store.
