Kamiak Butte County Park, located north of Pullman, is scheduled for closure early next week due to construction work. The Whitman County Parks Department is undertaking a project to replace the water system at the site. The park will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, and there is currently no water available at the park. Additionally, the campground remains closed. It is possible that Kamiak Butte may need to close again later this spring for further work.
