Latah County Fair is scheduled to take place in Moscow this week. The fair will be open on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Opening ceremonies are set for Thursday at 5:45 PM.
