The Latah County Human Rights Task Force is hosting its 32nd Martin Luther King Human Rights Community Breakfast on Saturday, January 25 at 9:30 am in the Great Room of the 1912 Center in Moscow.
The theme for this year’s breakfast is “The Promise of Democracy.” Michael Strickland, founder of the Human Rights Collective, Inc. and an educator in communication and literacy at Boise State University, will be the guest speaker.
The event will include a full breakfast, entertainment, and the presentation of the Rosa Parks Human Rights Achievement Awards.
Although in-person registration for the breakfast is full, the event will be live-streamed starting at 9:40 am. The streaming link can be found at humanrightslatah.org.
