The lawn watering seasons in Pullman and Moscow commence on Sunday.

In both cities, residents are permitted to use sprinklers during this season. In Pullman, residents can water up to three days a week, with watering allowed either before 10:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. Those with even-numbered addresses may water on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, while residents with odd-numbered addresses may water on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. It is important to note that watering is not allowed on Mondays in Pullman. Washington State University operates under different watering regulations and is exempt from the city’s restrictions.

Similarly, the City of Moscow’s lawn watering season begins on Sunday. Residents are allowed to use sprinklers exclusively at night, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. the following morning.
