Volunteer Firefighters responded to a mobile home fire Wednesday night in Albion.

According to the Whitman County Fire District 11-Albion Fire Department’s Facebook page, crews were called to the scene on G Street around 5:30 PM. The fire also affected a woodshed. Firefighters had the situation under control by 8:00 PM. Volunteers from District 11, including those from Colfax, Steptoe, and Diamond, assisted, along with District 12 from Pullman and Colfax Fire & Rescue.
