This season has seen a notable run of spring chinook salmon, leading to additional fishing opportunities on the Lower Snake River in Washington.
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife has announced the opening of four additional days for spring chinook fishing. This includes fishing on Tuesday and Friday below Little Goose Dam, located south of LaCrosse, as well as fishing below Ice Harbor Dam near Pasco on Wednesday and Thursday. Anglers are permitted to keep one adult spring chinook hatchery salmon per day.
