The Home Depot in Moscow is set to open its doors on Thursday.

In August 2023, the Idaho State Board of Education approved a lease agreement for the new store between the University of Idaho and Home Depot. The national home improvement store chain will lease the land from the University for a duration of 20 years, with annual lease payments eventually reaching $300,000. The store is situated behind Palouse Place, previously known as the Palouse Mall, which is also located on University-leased property.

The Moscow Home Depot will operate Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
