A new business, Gabagool Charcuterie, is set to open this weekend in downtown Pullman. Located at 185 South Grand Avenue, adjacent to Sims Glass, the shop will offer a selection of charcuterie essentials, including both crafted boxes for takeout and platters that can be pre-ordered. The opening day is scheduled for Saturday, with operating hours from noon to 5:00 PM. After the opening weekend, Gabagool Charcuterie will maintain regular hours from Thursday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
