The City of Moscow and the Moscow Arts Commission have initiated the installation of four new vinyl wrap artworks on traffic signal boxes in the Moscow area.

The Vinyl Wrap program showcases artwork on city-owned traffic signal boxes throughout the community.

This year, new vinyl wraps have been added to two previously wrapped locations at Stadium & Hwy 8 and S Jackson & Hwy 8.

Additionally, two new locations have been included, one on 8th between Jackson and Main and the other at 6th & Deakin.

The designs for the 2025 installations were selected from a total of 18 submissions from community members.
